Shipping policy

Effective October 28, 2026

Everything Mahj Clearly sells is digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges and no customs.

How you get digital purchases

The moment your payment is confirmed, your purchase is ready in these places, with the same library links in each:

  • the thank-you page you land on after paying
  • your order status page
  • your order confirmation email

All of this happens automatically, with no one handling it, so there is no waiting for us and no business hours. The email can take a while to reach your inbox; the thank-you page works straight away.

What you get

The Mahj Clearly Method: the Method guide (PDF, with a large-print edition), the practice workbook with answer keys (PDF), the table cheat cards (PDF, standard and large print), the practice card (PDF, standard and large print) and the web practice trainer. The library page has a download button for each file and a link to the trainer.

Teach-Your-Table Pack (if you added it): one PDF, with its own library page.

Gift copy (if you added it): a printable gift card (PDF). It leads your friend to a private page where they open their own library.

If something doesn't open

  • In Facebook's or Instagram's built-in browser a file can fail to open or save. Open the page in Safari or Chrome and try again.
  • Some company networks block downloads from sites they don't know. Try your phone or a personal computer.
  • The trainer runs in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. If it will not load, tell us which device and browser you use and we will help.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam, promotions and updates folders first, and search your inbox for "Mahj Clearly".

Your purchase is still available on your order page, so nothing is lost. Reopen the thank-you page from your browser history, or email support@mahjclearly.com with your order number, or with the date, the amount and the last four digits of your card, and we will send your library links again.

We reply within one business day. If we can't get something you bought to you, we refund it in full, whatever the date.
